Ka-Boom! – Gareth Crocker’s First Work of Non-fiction – to be Published by Bookstorm (Video)

Bookstorm are thrilled to be publishing Gareth Crocker’s side-splitting memoir Ka-Boom! in October 2015.

“The funniest and most uplifting book of the year. It’s so easy to absorb you can read it through a coffee mug. A gem for readers and non-readers alike!” – Keyser Söze

Crocker shared the cover on his Facebook page and explained a little of what the book is about:

Hey everyone, so I’m very pleased to announce that I’m launching a new book in mid-October. To date, I’ve written six novels but this is my first work of non-fiction. Essentially, it’s a comedy-based autobiography with one major twist: I’ve tried to write it as a sort of ‘communal biography’ because we all share so many of the same experiences. It also documents the many extraordinary things that have happened to me over the years: surviving plane crashes, becoming a published author after years of rejection, shooting a horror film on a whim, trying out for the Olympics, being burnt by Hollywood, writing and co-directing the world’s first African Superhero TV show (launching next year), failing to play right wing for Manchester United, being the spokesperson for a company whose head office erupted like Mount Vesuvius and many other tales too numerous to mention. I’m hoping it’ll make a really fun Christmas gift for families. If you feel like a good laugh, then hopefully Ka-Boom! will scratch your funny bone.
